Hospedaje cómodo y bonitas instalaciones, la única observación es que cobran descorche sobre las bebidas que se consuman, cuestión que no me avisaron hasta que ya estaba con un par de cervezas en la terraza

Hay mejores y más económicas opciones en Tepoztlan
La habitación no tenía aire acondicionado cuando la temperatura era de más de 30 C, la habitación estaba encerrada, las ventanas estaban en la parte superior de la pared. En general se escuchaban muchos ruidos en la habitación, de la alberca (a un lado de la habitación) un motor que se encendía cada 5 minutos, más los ruidos de la recepción. La zona de acceso genera un sentimiento de inseguridad.

La limpieza sin duda y las instalaciones en buen estado, lo que no me gustó fue que no se veía la TV, solicité ayude a recepción y nunca me ayudaron y respecto al estacionamiento está muy pequeño y no hay quien ponga orden.

Hay mucho ruido x estar a pie de carretera no se puede dormir y x la noche no hubo quien les abriera a unos huéspedes a las 3 de la mañana y literalmente tiraban la puerta molestaban con el clason del carro y con el tel pues no avía quien les saliera abrir fue uno mala experiencia las habitaciones son excelentes mucha Linpieza pero de nada sirve si no hay nadien q se encargue del turno nocturno 😡
