Despite being charged a $40 per night “resort fee”, no resort features were being offered because of Covid-19. The lobby was closed, the restaurant, was closed, The bar was closed, the pool was closed, and the spa was also closed. There were no tables in the courtyard even spaced apart. Hopefully things will change on June 1st when the state is supposed to reduce restrictions. On arrival, the person snapped at my wife that we “didn’t have to stay” if we didn’t like the restrictions. Very unprofessional. Our room was comfortable, with a large patio which was needed for dining on takeout food. It did not seem to have air conditioning, but did have central heat. It also had a mini fridge that was needed. The bath was in rough shape, including a tub with peeling paint over the porcelain, and a cracked sink. Also, the room seemed to have a large population of moths that flew around after dark. Crazy! I’m hoping we caught the place at a bad time, but we will look at our options before booking again. I would not stay there again under the same circumstances.
