Rural House "Can Vadell" with Pool and Garden

The entire house has been carefully designed to offer brightness, spaciousness, and comfort. The ground floor combines the living room, dining area, and kitchen in a single open space, bathed in natural light thanks to its large vertical windows.

The open-plan living-dining area features vaulted ceilings in traditional sandstone and a spacious designer kitchen with a large central island, fully equipped with integrated furniture and appliances.

Air conditioning and heating are individually adjustable in each room. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, and there is an LCD TV with internet access, satellite channels, and connection to major digital platforms.

Main features:

- Covered terrace on the ground floor with outdoor dining area for 8 people and an outdoor lounge with awning and garden furniture.

- 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, one of them en suite.

- Capacity for 8 people plus babies. Upon request, you can get 2 cots, 2 high chairs, a stair gate, and, for older children, bed rails at no extra cost.

- Solarium and chill-out area to rest, unwind, and practice yoga.

- Pool with infinity edge on one side, measuring 10 x 5 meters and 1.80 m deep, integrated children's area separated by a stainless steel barrier. Surrounded by sun loungers, garden, and a chill-out area for relaxing or yoga.

- Next to the pool, a sand court with net for beach volleyball, pétanque, badminton, or sports like capoeira or jiu-jitsu.

Just a few minutes' drive away, you will find shops, restaurants, and markets in Calonge, Cala d'Or, and Santanyí. You can also enjoy several crystal-clear beaches, both the most popular and hidden, pristine coves of southeast Mallorca.

Medieval villages are just 10 minutes away, where you can enjoy the popular weekly traditional markets.
