My wife and I tested positive for Covid while on a cruise that ended at San Antonio terminal. As a result, we were required to isolate for 5 days. We had a prior reservation at Hotel Sommelier Boutique in Santiago and contacted the hotel to see if they would accommodate us under these conditions. Not only did it agree to do so but served us breakfast in our room, brought us ice whenever we requested it and did everything to make our stay pleasant. The manager even offered to have the staff run errands for us if necessary. It is really impossible to imagine a more understanding, helpful and courteous approach to our difficult situation. We recommend the Hotel Sommelier Boutique most highly!

The property was in an excellent location and very walkable to restaurants and sites. The staff was wonderful at arranging transportation for us and communicating instructions to the drivers. The breakfast was awesome.

Hotel Sommelier Boutique is in a central neighborhood and very walkable to several parks, the central market and the Bella Vista neighborhood. The rooftop bar was a great addition!

The room was surprisingly quiet with all the hustle and bustle around the area. The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean and spacious. It was walkable to the main tourist attractions and close to the metro, to vist other areas in santiago.
