This property was perfect for our trip. It was close to everything - shops, bars, great restaurants and the bus station which takes you to every location. The area provided a mix of options that can suit any budget. The staff provided great support and recommendations for restaurants that not only gave us the best view of a sunset but amazing food. Would definitely stay here again.

The receptionist was helpful in introducing us the attractions. The room was clean and the same as the photos shown in the booking website. The hotel is not very far away from the city and we walked to the restaurants to have dinner. They had car parking space which was convenient for us.

Great little hotel

We booked this as a base for Santorini. No negatives other than if you are less mobile the upper double bed could be a problem for you in room 109. The staff were superb and nothing was to much trouble for them. Shower was fine as was internet wifi. You are also away from the busy tourist areas but 5mins from shops and cafes. Top tip try the food at Salt+Pepper and do the hike from Oia to Fira as in get the bus to Oia and walk back. All in great place to spend a week.

Position of hotel was good. Near beach & amenities. But tiles are slippery everywhere. Fell down the steps & hurt my arm. There was not a bandage in sight. Got told to catch a taxi & see a doctor. Not good when you’re bleeding everywhere.

We had 2 rooms. One was good other was very dissatisfactory. Shower did not work properly, drainage from cubicle did not work, beds were not very comfortable. Location was okay. Receptionist was very helpful .

In terms of location, this is a very good option. You can walk to the bus top within 15 minutes, and restaurants, bars and shopping centres are all within 10 minutes. The check in process was not clear. I had informed the property in advance of our arrival time and when we arrived they were locked. I had to call a number and the lady was quite rude explaining they’ve left our room open and to go through the garage. She said she emailed us when we were on the flight but this was not the case. Also, whilst the property is situated in a convenient location, bear in mind that you’ll be kept up most of the night by noisy staff who are talking loudly with no consideration of time. Luckily we were out most of the time which made it an average stay.

The pool was filthy and we were told it was due to the prior weather issues in the area which was an unbelievable reason for it when all the other pools in the area were crystal clear. They did nothing to clean it. They lead you to believe there is a jacuzzi but they are inoperable. The front desk does not want to be bother and are not present. They take there time to respond.

Conveniently located near Fira’s Marketplace about a 10 minute walk. The property is facing East, you’ll get a beautiful view of the sunrise. We had a rental car and it had a private parking garage of 4-5 slots where we parked. It’s beside a busy road, you will occasionally hear traffic noise. Very friendly staff, we arrived at 8am and since our room was already ready, they allowed us to check-in rather than wait until 3pm, which was very helpful as we were able to rest from jetlag and the time difference. Staff always checked with us if we needed anything restocked and the deliver right away. Also provided maps and recommendations to get around. Our room was clean, beds were comfortable. Caution when you take showers as it may create puddles outside of the shower door due to the V shaped type doors where water can get through. Swimming pool available but not heated, there is a private jacuzzi on the 2nd floor but only available for guests staying in the room beside it. Overall, we had a great stay, only wished we could use the jacuzzi after walking all day.

I stayed for a week. Very nice staff. They have two receptionist . They are very carrying and nice. They will inform you of where to go. The cleaning crew was great. You can walk from there to where ever you want to go. But I couldn’t walk, because of a knee replacement . So they call a taxi for me. So helpful. The only thing they need is a ADA for handicap. When I return I will book again here. Oh nice swimming pool.

Me ha encantado el alojamiento! Mi habitación fue muy bonita y estaba impecablemente limpia. La ubicación es muy buena, ya que está en el centro de Fira pero sin estar en una calle exageradamente aglomerada por personas, así que también duermes tranquilo sin mucho ruido.

The reception area smells like smoke as the receptionist smokes outside the front door. My shower has what looks like mould on the walls. Very thin walls can hear EVERYTHING … People kept trying to what sounded like open our door repeatedly at night … it was very frustrating getting up and checking. The pool is grungy, and very small! The chairs upstairs are very dirty and not clean. Gives me barn animal entertainment up there. Were we charged by the hotel - port in the morning at 6 am to the ferry 45.00 euros for a 12 min drive. After finding out my others paid 20-30 MAX. I wouldn’t trust.
