"Lovely stay at hotel mealba! Had all the amenities we needed, the staff were very friendly, the breakfast catered for all & the bar was reasonably priced. They offered you towels for the pool and even allowed us to check-out a bit later (free of charge!). Would recommend hotel mealba if you are driving, as without a car it isn’t as easy. We stayed and did one day around lake como & another where we got the train to the city centre. They had a taxi service they could call for us & saronno station...

"This is a nice apartment but my only search parameter/filter was to have a place with A/C, and the unit doesn’t work in this apartment. I don’t believe I would have booked a place that said no A/C but the management company stated that it is in the listing (which it is now at the very end when I looked after we arrived). There was a yellow warning for high temperature during our stay. We couldn’t tolerate the heat as the temperature in the ground floor rooms was 30.8 C and hotter upstairs where...
