“Incredible staff! “Slim” picked up take out food for me while he was getting some for his family. Alejandra taught me so much about Belizean culture, and Steve, the manager recommended things to do, arranged a massage for me, drove me to places and picked me up when there were no taxis available and a couple of times just because he wanted to! They were simply amazing!”

Al llegar me doy cuánta que la habitación que había reservado era solo con abanico y no ac, cosa que no se aclaró en la reserva, tuve que pagar más por el ac y cuando llegamos a la habitación el aire no servía apropiadamente, el inodoro se movía al sentarse, las puertas de la ducha no se movían apropiadamente, los metales negros de sucio, en general no nos gustó, para lo que pagué al final podía haber buscado otro ligar”

“The resort and the unit was fantastic. We were only 24 steps away from our beach chairs and 45 steps away from the water. The resort and unit were well maintained and we enjoyed the free kayaks and rafts. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. The resort is farther than we anticipated from town but we found the resort to be quite peaceful and we were not bothered by the location.”

“We absolutely loved our week at Serendipity Reef. 10/10 for sure would highly recommend! Gracelyn was extremely helpful, kind & so gracious.
