We stayed there Friday evening and departed Saturday, May 13. The young woman handling the front area (check out and breakfast area) was doing her best but it looked like she could have used a hand.

First off the staff need to go to Hospitality School at least. 1) Broken window blind so no way to block light fully. 2) Staff guy game to FIX and said OK and never returned. 3) Cooling ran all the time reguardless of thermostat Temp. 4) Maid Knocked and walked in at 9:15 even with Do No Disturb on Door (we wereup till 2:00 am night before) 5) Rarely any staff at front desk. Take your chances here

Super clean property with a fabulous staff. Easy to navigate to and from the property to explore the city. Reasonable Uber prices to downtown for some adult beverages after hours. Will be back to the property on future visits.
