Dirty, lights bulbs broken, wall switch controlled fridge and microwave and no one said anything. Figured it out when we tried to microwave a snack. Pool water looked yellow. Wall in the bathroom moved when you shut the door.

Only available hotel because of home coming weekenPosted Oct 23, 2015
It was a non smoking room but it smell like someone smoked in there. I didnt like the fact that, the tub was apart of the room instead of being in its own space. Customer service was okay but didnt really seem friendly

NEVER AGAIN!!!Posted Sep 8, 2015
This was the worst hotel i've ever stayed in!!! Hotel staff was rude and room was definitely out dated, and not up to par. I reserved the room for 6 and only received 3 towels, when I asked for more, I was told to come get it. Then while doing so, I had to sign a paper, I asked if I was being charged for extra towels, the lady's response was no, this is to make sure how many towels were given out to make sure we didn't "steal them". I dont know why I'd steal old towels with holes in them! Next morning toliet wouldn't flush and was clogged, when I called front desk, I was asked to come get a plunger! I'm already mad that I felt I over paid for the room, my daughter hurt her hands on the safe in room that didn't work, I was inconvenienced during my whole stay..I was NOT going to play maintenance for them! They offered to change our room, but insisted on having the whole staff in our room while we were trying to repack for 6! This place was a joke! Specifically Latisha, at the front desk was unprofessional and rude. Lied to me saying Manager would be in at 10, who later apparently was off for the day. Harassed me during whole situation that morning and even after while I tried to do breakfast with my family. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for anyone. I'll definitely do my research before choosing another hotel, just definitely will never be with Days Inn!

Not worth the money or stayPosted Aug 12, 2015 on Hotels
Not worth the money. Said they were out of King size rooms, put us in a King suite, when we went to check in there did have king size rooms but wouldn't change our price. Room was ran down and not updated. Shower had mildew on caulking.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEYPosted Aug 9, 2015 on Hotels
Our usual hotel was booked. This Days Inn had rooms big enough for the family. We waited in the lobby for a receptionist for 20 minutes to check in. No apology. We needed 2 rooms. One room she gave us already had someone occupying it, Again- no apology. The next room-- which was the only room left, was a littly smelly. When we went into the bedroom, we discovered the A/c wac not working properly and half of the carpet was soaked with water. (Other hotels in area were booked so we had no choice at the time than to stay). The A/C unit in my Mom's room sounded like a plane taking off anf the unit in the living room didn't work either. Furniture was uncomfortably. Then there was no hot water in either room for our showers the next morning. Lobby was suppose to open at 6:30- it didn't open until almost 7 and there was virtually nothing to eat (refridgerated eggs or waffles not sure). 30 minutes behind schedule and we still had to stop elsewhere for food. I have stayed in Days Inns before and had decent and even good experiences. This was the WORST hotel I have ever stayed in.
