I did not like how we were told there would be a accident fee of $150.00. I think guests should know prior to there stay it takes away from finances they plan to spend. I found it to be of disservice. Are you sending me an email requesting that I fabricate my stay in order for you to post my comment. NO!

The hotel itself was a very nice property. The billing issues and incompetence associated with it has been a nightmare. I was billed $90 for valet parking, but I never valet parked. I parked on a meter in the front. I was given the run around until I finally got with someone who seemed to take care of it. WRONG. While they did refund it, they also recharged me again TWICE. And when I try to speak with a manager they are either “away from the desk”, “wont’t be back until tomorrow”, etc. I guess you have to go through corporate to actually get things handled, because this is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.

It was almost perfect but the room that we have booked facing the river and studio 1 bedroom was not available. I have tried to use my digital key on our way to the hotel but it did not work. so I assume that our room was not ready yet. but to my surprise the room we booked and paid thru expedia was not available. no body has called me to let me know this issue. so we dont have choice but to take the king room available for us since we were so tired already. drove 5 hours away. I hope the rate that we have paid will be according to the room we had.. and i will be waiting for a refund . but all great..specially the room and the location.

The hotel was fine and the staff was friendly. We were not informed about the $45 per night valet parking fee until we arrived. We also did not receive housekeeping services for our entire stay even though we asked several times. The couch and bed both squeaked which as annoying.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel was in walking distance to basically everything worth doing in savannah. Pet friendly, pleasant stay. Valet parking at $45 per day was the only drawback (no self park option), but would stay here again.

Main lobby was very nice, however the room very poor. Ceiling in shower was pealing, ac was loud, pool is VERY small, window was very dirty and paper thin. We actually thought the window was open. It was VERY noisy at night. You can hear everything outside including all the drunks when the bars let out. I failed to notice the $45 every day for parking. The valet driver was nice and I would recommend it but felt it should be included. Parking around the hotel is a nightmare. Would not stay again

Unexpected charge of $45/day for parking. And even worse....when we checked in with the completely uninterested young man and I asked him where parking was, he vaguely waved toward the parking garage but didn't say it was exclusively valet. We drove down there only to have the valet come down and let us know that it was valet only. Parking people were very nice though.
