"We came for a girls trip with me and my daughters and my friend and her daughters. Great location. Fun property with both outdoor and indoor pool. The smores in the evening with the firepit was a hit with the kids. Clean and overall nice staff. The restaurant was ok the first night with some issues of long wait times and they didn’t do anything to remedy that they just didn’t end up brining the dish that took way took long after we were finished eating. The 2nd night the restaurant was much better. They offered my friend a welcome beverage but did not do the same for me. Felt that was just inconsistency for service. They also put a hold on my card for the full amount of the room vs the standard $100 which was confusing. The only suggestion I have would maybe to add some lawn games to play outside in the evening for something extra to do. Overall we will be back."

"I was genuinely impressed with my stay! The room had clearly been updated and was modern, clean, and surprisingly spacious. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. The standout feature for me was the shower. Excellent water pressure paired with a rain shower head made it feel like a little luxury after a long day. One thing to note for anyone specifically booking for the amenities: the pool was not operational during my stay. It didn't affect my visit since I wasn't planning to swim, but I wanted to mention it as a recent update for others. Overall, this was an awesome stay, and I'd absolutely choose this hotel again when I'm in the South Bend area. Great value, comfortable accommodations, and a pleasant surprise all around!"
