The room was decent, and the staff was excellent. The check-in staff had all the documents ready, so it took me only two minutes to get my room key. Parking was super convenient and very close to the hotel. The lady in the breakfast room even made a fresh batch of hash browns when the kids asked for them. Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations, especially compared with other hotels in the same price range.

Location was great. Staff is wonderful, very nice people at the front desk, at the breakfast area they were on top of refilling urging that was empty- very good attention to detail. Overall good stay, need to do some upgrades and carpet had some stains. Over Al it was clean and comfortable and again very close to the dunes and beach.

The bed was so hard and old that every time you rolled you felt a spring. Woke the 2nd morning with a horrible backache. Breakfast is only served from 6a to 9a even on the weekends when I asked for extra towels, the staff questioned me and gave me a rude response and grudgingly gave me 2 extra towels. Made me feel like I had done something wrong asking for extra towels.

Our room was on the third floor, smelled like home cooking, and was very comforting. The beds are so comfy, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast bar was on point. The gentleman running the breakfast bar was very attentive and actually cared about his work, which means a lot. This was a great little find for a quick stay or a long stay. Once again, the beds were amazing!!!
