“Had a clean room and easy check in. This hotel is nice cause it’s right by downtown and the lake with plenty to do. It was also the nicest hotel in the area I’ve stayed (had work travel there often.) ”

“We were initially very happy with the suite, as it had a living area, kitchen, and bedroom. However, the bathroom had serious issues. During the shower, the water in the tub rose to ankle level, and afterward the entire floor was covered in water. The sink also filled up quickly and drained very slowly. Because of this, my family member couldn’t use either the shower or the sink. It also appeared these problems had occurred before. Additionally, the trash bin under the kitchen sink was full, and……
