“Good location to freeway- old and rundown. Price was the appeal - much less expensive than other motels in the area.”

“Terrible smell when entered building. Asked person checking us in about the smell and she said that there isn’t a smell and her attitude and her demeanor were very unwelcoming and rude. We were tired from our trip and it was late. We asked for a refund and she said no because we went through a third party. We went and looked at the room and it smelled worse than the lobby and the carpet was filthy and there was mold in the bathroom. We immediately left and found another hotel and called……

“Staff was great. Housekeeping was so polite and welcoming. Rooms were clean and as described. The garbage cans out side were a bit rough as far as over flowing, no bags, things that hold cigarette butts were turned over and butts everywhere. Outdoor furniture was a bit rough and didn't look like it does online. Pool is way smaller than as it appears online. Coffee is made once a day and once it is gone, it is gone. They put it out at like 6 a.m. and by 7 a.m. you're lucky to get any and they……

“Very accommodating! Good place to stay while vacationing in the St Joseph, MI area. Complimentary oatmeal cookies are delicious too! We ordered the Bistro for dinner, food was great. Bummed they no longer offer their breakfast though. Overall, would recommend!”
