“We have stayed here before with no problems. But this time the shower streamed water out the side of the sprocket getting the floor soaked. We got back there late at night, so we weren't going to call someone up when we had kids to get to sleep. Then my daughter got in her bed and there was candy and candy wrappers in the bed. So they didn't change the sheets from their prior guest. We won't be going back there again.”

“Booked to travel with family because crib was listed, but on arrival was told they did not have cribs.”

“Continental breakfast and staff are excellent. Fitness center small but useful. The rooms are well equipped and big and the bathroom was big with a n ice hot shower/tub and towels.”

“Room was very clean and updated. Breakfast had good options and was kept well stocked and clean. Pool and hot tub were great and spotless.”

“Everyone on the staff was friendly, but when I first arrived, I was informed that the hot water stopped working the day before. Luckily they were able to remedy that situation. When we returned to the property at 7 pm, the front door was locked, there was no one at the front desk, and our key didn’t work. Someone did come by to let us in and informed us that the front door was broken. We could not figure out how to adjust the thermostat/ fan. Instructions would have been helpful. Also there……

“The Stockade Inn is beautiful! The location is great. I walked everywhere. Parking lot behind the Inn was nice. My room was large and lots of space, although no luggage rack, so I place my suitcase open-faced on the bed, so I didn't have to get on my hands and knees. There was plenty of closet space and lots of room for me to hang up my clothes. Large bathroom, although limited counter space for toothbrush, etc. No water came out when I tried to turn on the hot water faucet in my room that……

“Do not live there, this is the advice given by the gentleman sitting outside the hotel, he kept reminding every guest about this. After my night staying here, I can’t agree more”

“The pictures are deceiving. The non-smoking room I reserved smelled as though someone had just smoked a cigarette in it. I was moved to another room, but although it appeared somewhat clean, the linens had an unpleasant odor as well. Overall, the property is dirty and poorly maintained — more like a roadside motel than what was advertised. I would not stay here again.”

“Pull into the parking lot and you can tell right away it’s the place to bring a prost itute or find drugs. Was approached by a black man as soon as I stopped my vehicle! Trash and filth surrounding the building. Stained and dirty walls. Stained and dirty sheets, mattress protectors, and mattress. Ancient heater and ac that looked hazardous. Disgusting and unsafe.”
