Allerdings hat das Gebäude, in dem sich die Wohnungen befindet schon mal bessere Zeiten gesehen (Vogelkot, Rattenköder-Hinweise, Bierflaschen, Müll, etc. im Hausflur). Die Wohnung entspricht grundsätzlich den Bildern, wobei bei weitem nicht mehr so auf die Darstellung für die Gäste geachtet wird.
