Great trip

This cottage was perfect for our needs. The kitchen was stocked better than most places I’ve stayed. Great walking distance to the beach for us 55 and the grandkids. Would definitely rent again.

Very nice place. House as expected. We didnt spend a lot of time in the house so for in and out place was ok. I would describe it more comfortable for 10 people than 12 for sure. Air conditioning was window unit which they doubled as sound machine, which was nice. Overall was good. I would rate it as a solid 4.5

Amazing home a block from the beach.

We had a great weekend at this house. It was clean, spacious and the location can’t be beat. Communication with the owner was great. No complaints at all.

Perfect getaway for a large group!

Had a wonderful 4-day stay at this lovely home in a perfect location! Kids had a short walk to beach and boardwalk. Couldn’t ask for a better few days down the shore!

Stay

Had conversations with owner about no heat source. Had one space heater. Mentions smoke detector would go off during the night and that was not handled. Also only one door to enter rental, not sure this is not a safety hazzard.

Perfect location!

Very convenient property, even though we stayed out of season, we were still able to walk to the beach and enjoy the boardwalk. We had a party of 11, 8 adults and 3 children and this house fit us perfectly, we especially appreciated the king bed and 2 singles for my daughter and her kids. Even though the living room was on the small side, we all managed to fit! Dongmei was easy to contact and always responded promptly, even apologizing for the weather (tropical storm the entire time we were there!) Which I thought was so thoughtful. Bottle of wine and chocolates were a very nice touch as well. We really appreciated being able to use this property!

Comfortable and convenient

Our group had a wonderful two day stay at this property. It's location was very convenient as it was only a couple minute walk away from the boardwalk and beach. The grill was very easy to use and allowed us to have a small barbeque at night. Despite having 12 people, we all were very comfortable in the house and had no trouble assigning beds for the night. I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking to enjoy their time at Seaside Heights.

Perfect beach getaway!

Our family trip was perfect from beginning to end. Location was steps away from beach and boardwalk. Property was clean, stocked with fresh towels and linens, and newly upgraded kitchen and bathrooms. Owner responded quickly, was friendly and easily accessible. We managed to fit our family of 5 plus our extended family of 5-with a bed to spare! Thanks for a great few days. We will be back!

Great location, nice property and owner was very prompt with answering any questions. Loved that the house was stocked with extra things like garbage bags and toilet paper and soaps. Would def stay again.

Great stay!

We had a wonderful time & the house was perfect for our group of 7. Everything was clean, the kitchen was well equipped & the owner was very responsive & helpful when we had questions. We were pleasantly surprised by how quiet the neighborhood was, too. We would definitely go back & recommend to others.

Great home and location

Great place and location, couldn’t ask for much more. Dongmei was responsive and a wonderful host. Everything that you could possibly need was provided, even items to entertain kids. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great weekend getaway

We had a very positive experience. The owner is responsive and a pleasure to work with. The house was clean, the bathroom/showers were amazing, the layout works well for a big group, and the location was perfect. It is close to the boardwalk, but far enough away that is quiet. Highly recommend!

Excellent all around

Please was clean! Loads of beds and bedrooms! Really nice bedrooms and bathrooms and kitchen! Extra blankets, towels and all! We would definitely come back to this home again! Host was very responsive!!

GREAT TIME!!!!

Comfortable and safe! Cozy yet so much room! We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and chocolates from the owner which was unexpected but so appreciated! Afforded us the space and comfort to have a weekend filled with fun and much needed laughter. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay, great host

When we got there they left us a bottle of wine and chocolate...how nice! The place was great and just the perfect size for our group. The host was reachable and very attentive. We had an issue with an air conditioner and he ran right out an replaced it a few hours later. Beach was clean. Boardwalk was great, home was immaculate...over-all one of our best stays yet!
