Its a cute space, it was very cold, the main heater has a timer outside of certains hours it will not operate, floors were super cold, water in bathroom sink was freezing cold it was hard on my sensitive teeth when brushing my teeth. I received so many messages, calls, and instructions, paperwork had to be filled out at a certain time for them to pick up... it felt like work away from home rather than a getaway. For a worry free getaway its better to get a hotel room that has comfortable heating in place, nothing to worry about or having to take the trash out and do a home inspection. It was too much conaidering how much i paid for this.

power went offafter showering. it took awhile to get someone. When they came they were very nice and fixed problem. They had to bring a small heater because house heater was insuffcient.

Great place for a mini getaway

Home is in a great location. Short walk to the beach, and to all of our favorite spots. Bathroom was a tad small for getting ready, but that is not a total deal breaker. Bed was pretty comfy and loved that there was both a traditional coffee pot and a Keurig! Thank you for making our mini seaside getaway enjoyable!

Horrid

The only plus is proximity to the ocean. This place is a tiny dump. I haven’t spent such an uncomfortable night in a lodging since I was a kid backpacking abroad. There is no place to relax! The furniture is so uncomfortable! Metal benches to sit on in the cramped dining space. It’s advertised as pet friendly but there isn’t a fenced yard. Ant infestation!! The surroundings are sketchy af! People going through the trash out front, run-down apartments nextdoor that people hang out of and smoke cigarettes and whatever day and night (couldn’t open the windows it was so strong). The beds are terrible. Very uncomfortable! The pillows feel like a bunch of rags stuffed in a sack. I did NOT feel secure staying here. It is a very run down neighborhood. The ONLY reason we stayed is because the little boy with us would have been disappointed. Finally, for the amount of money we were charged, I could have stayed in a NICE hotel during the busy season.

Teen holiday

I took my two teens and one of their friends for the weekend and it's the perfect spot to park the car and take a break from parental taxi work! Having a key code made it super simple for everyone to have access and keep the door locked when we weren't there. We picked a couple things to intentionally do together and we each set our own agendas around that. Exactly what we needed even though we never did get to build a fire and make smores. Next time!

It’s a cozy home.

House was clean on arrival, since it is a property that allows dogs we checked the yard and found some left overs that we tried to pick up. The bathroom is quite small, I am not a small woman and my husband is almost 6’4” and showering was quite interesting. The bed was comfortable, we really liked the sheets. It’s location is the best thing. Parking is great and you walk right into the boardwalk.

Cozy House close to the beach

This was a very cozy house with a quick walk to the promenade and beach. It was myself, my husband, 2 grown kids, and our dog that stayed here. The house is small, but the kitchen is nice to cook and prepare quick meals. It was pretty tight to all sit around the dining table, but we made it work. The location is great, especially if you want to visit all the shops and restaurants nearby. No need to look for parking with the quick walk! We had a great trip!

Great stay

While it seems smaller than in the pictures, and my husband looked funny in the small shower (6'3" and not tiny lol) it was a great little house for our weekend away, and I loved having the yard for my dogs to hang out with us!

The place was great! Perfect proximity to the beach

This was a great quick to the coast! The beach was such a close walk and the house had everything we needed, very cute and cozy. Super easy check in/check out process. We didn’t utilize the outdoor space because of the temp but we would have loved to!
