Restaurants and shopping are 2 short blocks north, and of course the beach; just steps straight ahead. Bedroom has King bed cable TV/DVD and master bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Second bathroom is common to the hall. Living room has Queen Murphy bed and Queen hide-a-bed sofa, TV and DVD. Kitchen is fully appointed and includes dishwasher. Outdoor furniture for your enjoyment on the balcony to watch the beautiful sunsets. Washer and dryer on site available for guest use on the ground floor. Parking for 2 vehicles. Comfortable
The location is good. The condo is very dated; it was a blast from the past, for sure! There's maintenance that obviously hasn't been taken care of for years.

Beach break
Location was great, in the middle of things we wanted to do, right on the Prom and beach beyond. Property is older but represented well by the description and pictures. There was some damage to the screen door which was addressed quickly with good communication to/from the hosts. Overall, was what we expected and where we wanted to be.

35+ year old property that shows it
Not good. Run down property that hasn't been updated in 35+ years. Light bulbs burnt out, no sheets for third bed, among other oversight items. If you want a place to stay set in the 1980s, this is your spot, otherwise there are many much newer and updated properties next door.

Amazing location for the price
Condo is definitely older and could use a lot of upgrades but it was clean and comfortable and the location is phenomenal! We absolutely loved our stay here and would rent this unit again in a heartbeat...can’t beat the price for the location.
