No instructions for how to prepare the house for leaving, no instructions on how to operate the heat. The yard is in serious need of maintenance, the path to the dock is weed choked and treacherous. The interior of the house itself has been remodeled and is immaculate. The location and the terrace on the river side are charming, in spite of the weeds and grass growing up among the slate pavers. So many restaurants within a short drive away. The home was very comfortable and super quiet relaxing area. The host was amazing, easy to reach, and even left a thoughtful gift. We travel a lot for spartan races and rent homes to stay in and this one was by far the most beautiful home. If you are looking for a nice quiet get away this is the home. Very nice neighborhood, convenient to Bothell / Woodinville and Seattle area. The back porch was so peaceful, we enjoyed lots of great family time.
