Staying here with a disabled person was perfect. Bathroom very large for both of us to move around safely. Nice kitchen and plenty of storage. We stayed for over a week on two separate times. Sat outside and watched the ducks in the pond behind us. Loved it here.

For 157.00 for one night I feel like it was too much. Tried to take a shower plumbing fell out of the wall. Felt not safe to go to my car after dark. Constant smell of weed. I had to push a chair up against my door because it would neither close all the way or lock kinda freaked me out

Bathtub drain not working properly. Told the staff and she said she can't do anything about it coz it's late. Since we are only booked overnight she's not gonna call maintenance to fix the issue. I told her there's 4 of us who will a take shower, eventually water will overflow. She then gave me another room just for us to have shower.I said ok at least we can shower properly and not thinking about water overflowing .I then realized when i checked my card 1 week after coming back from the trip that they charged my credit card with the damage deposit. Has not been reimburse the amount as of today. REALLY UNFAIR.

It’s a place to sleep for the night. No frills. Clean. And a bit noisy due to parking lot party . Close to freeway. If you’re looking for a place to stay that’s inexpensive. This is it.

Chris and the front desk staff were all really nice and helpful (did not experience any rudeness like other reviews mentioned). We got there at 12 and they kindly let us check in early. I would say that the condition of the room is okay for the price and for the age of the building. Hotels in Seattle and Renton can be upwards of $160 but Extended Stay is in the more affordable price range. There aren’t many places walking distance to eat around the hotel besides Jack in the Box and Subways but Westfield southcenter mall is about 20-25 min walk away. My only complaints would be that the room in general was very dusty (floors, bathroom fan) and that the room smelled very intensely of something (maybe cleaning products(?) - we were able to smell it the whole stay). Overall, our stay was good for the price and location (we were able to Uber to the mall for a decent price).

All the cabinetry in the bathroom was in poor condition and the bathroom really needed a remodel…shower was totally gross. The AC unit seemed like it had two settings…totally freezing or if you turned on the fan it was too hot. The bed covers were completely inadequate and I froze all night. The hotel was totally understaffed. The gal at the front desk was extremely nice, but stretched too thin. There was also dog pee in the elevator and garbage laying around outside.

"Two star properties don't have ice machines, pools or workout rooms" Breakfast= coffee, oatmeal, breakfast bar or cellophane muffin. No juice, milk, fruit etc.Unlike the 2 star Budget Motel in Burley, ID with ALL of the above.

Was confirmed for a check in never got to check in was told by host. It’s not her problem called Expedia. They told me to contact the property. The property told me to contact my bank went through a whole roundabout very upset with experience the woman at the front desk is typically very precise, friendly and happy I do understand it’s not her fault and she was doing her best as I am not the only one this happened to you on this day what happened but I am very upset With Hotel as a whole

The floor was sticky, the sheets were dirty, the bathtub had grim all over the floor and it stank. We could hear every neighbor on all sides and above us all night. Lots of drug users and banging around. It was awful and we’ll never stay there again. We’ll definitely let people know not to stay there as well. Disgusting

We were first assigned accommodations that were roomy and you could move around comfortably. After half an hour of trying to get the tv to work, the office was called and we were told we would have to move because the tv was supposed to be fixed and that had not happened. We were told “no worries” we would be moved to a DELUXE King sized room. So we loaded up everything and moved to another floor. After unpacking, again…we had to squeeze by each other to get from the bed area to the bathroom or kitchen areas. If both of us was trying to move to another area at the same time one of us had to back up to let the other pass through. That was very annoying. After putting all of our items in the refrigerator we discovered the next morning that the freezer door would not stay closed and we had nothing even cool to drink or eat in very hot weather. I never saw an ice machine anywhere. There were ice trays turned upside down in the freezer compartment with no water in them. There was a 1 inch brown stain from the top of the face bown down to the drain hole. I had too claw the drain plug out with my fingernails to pull the drain plug out for the water to drain out otherwise the face bowl would have stayed full of water. There was a big patch of mold above your head in the shower. I did not see that, but my 6’4” partner did. Had to use one of the kitchen table chairs as a nightstand since I did not have one on my side.
