Very small beds. At times only 1 out of 5 elevators working. Weren’t given enough towels. Very loud noise from freeway. Not walkable to pike st market as indicated due to VERY steep hills. Had to take an Uber back every time. Expected better for the price.

Very clean, and convenient! Staff was so nice. Breakfast was amazing. Room and shower were perfect. Parking garage was easy and safe. We could walk to Pike Market and also walk easily to Lumen Field for our concert!

We were there for a concert so around “check in time” there was quite a long line waiting, however, the staff worked quickly and efficiently to get everyone checked In a very reasonable time considering what they were up against! Also the handing out of complementary was an appreciated extra step.

The hotel was very spacious and they provided you with water and there is a coffee maker in the room. The only downside is the uphill walk to its location. If you are able take a taxi.

The hotel itself, the rooms, the bar, and the restaurant were all top notch. I have to say that downtown Seattle is not very walkable because it is extremely hilly. On a map it’s close to attractions and we had planned to walk everywhere but there was a 90 degree heatwave and the hotel has to be at least 1000ft. higher altitude. Perfect for nearby businesses but not for tourists.

On our 1 week stay we found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. Provided great tips for the hotel and getting around the area. Close to the waterfront. Some areas near by are a bit sketchy in the evening. Free wifi would be nice for any stay for the price of the hotel. Staff mentioned to sign up for their rewards program to receive free wifi however it didnt seem to enroll us for the free wifi and ended up getting charged 12.95 per day. Overall we had an excellent experience.
