It is a very nice hotel in a perfect area if you want to walk to the market or waterfront—plenty of places to eat within walking distance. The bed was very comfortable and our room was clean. The pool water was a little dirty; I saw clumps of hair floating in the water, which was pretty cloudy. The wait time for check-in was about 30 minutes. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

We loved staying here as it was close access to Pike marketplace, Ferry, and walking distance to everything. One minor issue we had was during check-in that they could not locate us and without doing a thorough search they said we don't have you in our system and you have to contact Expedia. Training may solve the minor issue of how to help customers better.

This place is not worth the money. It is outdated and poorly staffed. We didn't have soap in our room. None. Had to call and ask for it, then she seemed confused about why we would need soap?? Restaurant was severely understaffed. Pool is tiny compared to the way the the photo looked online. Room and beds were tiny. Check in staff didn't explain anything about anything. Oh and then $60 to park. Will never stay here again.

The atmosphere and staff was very nice. The room upgrade was great with the view of the water. The waiting in line for check in was a bit long but I waited it out since there was only 2 staff members at time, maybe 3.

Check in took FOREVER. There was a huge line. Only one person. We first came to check in at 3. Valet told us there was too long of a wait to check in so we got a bite to eat and returned only to find a longer line and still one check in person. Bag check people at the counter were rude
