“The staff were wonderful. Their English was limited, but if you were patient then they were. We ate dinner there our first night and it was fabulous. Breakfast was great. They provided a bus pass to the city using #172. But you could use other South Tyrol buses with the pass. We were able to use bus# 350 back to Bolzano. ”

“This hotel is stunning! We had a Mountain View room & it was just breathtaking. Great location. We ate at the restaurant twice and the food was really delicious. Breakfast is also incredible. Loved the bar area to hang out in. Amazing staff from the front desk to the restaurant. They really went above & beyond. Wished we had our bathing suits cuz the pool & sauna looked so nice! Can’t wait to go back!”

“Such a wonderful place! It’s so clean, very well taken care of and you can tell they care a lot. The room was so cute, the beds and pillows were so comfortable, and the bathroom was a good size. We don’t get to enjoy the sauna or hot tub, but it looked wonderful!
It’s in a great part of town with very easy access to Ortisei via a bus stop right down the street. The room also comes with free bus passes to get around.
The breakfast in the morning was great! Plenty of options and a coffee……

“Everything about our stay was pleasant and comfortable. But the one thing we were most satified (all eight of us agreed) was the dinner. The five course meal was more than we expected for a dinner at 35 Euros per person. Each dish was creative and delicious. We ended up drinking more wine than anticipated (not included in the dinner price), but were all very happy.”
