“It’s just our little family of 3 and the size and space were perfect. Seems like the owners thought of all the needs. It wasn’t over-the-top, but the space felt clean, everything we needed was easy to find. The hot tub and back yard with those views of Pike’s Peak were amazing! “We stay often in COS, to visit family, and we were delighted to see this newer listing in the Old North End — a lovely, historic and quiet neighborhood! Everything was exactly as described and in photos. Beautiful outdoor garden and very comfortable bed. We didn’t eat meals there, but the full kitchen was great. Easy access to highway and downtown, but we also recommend strolling the neighborhood and nearby park!”

“We came here from Texas for our granddaughter’s graduation! Absolutely Everything about this cottage is Top Shelf! The house is comfortable, clean and cozy. It is set back from the street so it is safer for little ones. The location is also perfect. Walking distance to trails, dining places, and even grocery store. “Great place! It is comfortable and very clean. The host has very thoughtfully made it very accessible with helpful notes placed throughout. The kitchen is well stocked. The location is great! “Me and my boyfriend wanted something cheap and simple for our weekend getaway . This little cottage was perfect. Very clean and had everything we needed (washer/dryer, kitchennette, microwave, fridge, air fryer, etc). Loved the open floor plan, made the place feel bigger and the back patio was very nice for the two of us.
