“Comfortable, unique and well designed accommodations in a gorgeous physical setting. We walked the large property and encountered beautiful wildlife including kangaroos, wallabies and koalas. Yael provided excellent, thorough guidance prior to our stay and Lina met us on site to provide further assistance with warmth and thoughtfulness. The retreat is near Flinders Chase National Park and a number of animal sanctuaries, all well worth a visit. We loved our visit to Ecopia Retreat! ”

“Osprey Heights is cosy, comfortable, and felt like home away from home. The combustion heater did a great job, and the sofa was comfy plus there's a good sized smart TV and a huge selection of DVDs.The kitchen had everything needed and was modern, clean and with good appliances.The photos accurately show what the property is like. At this time of year, it is an exceptionally quiet location - we stayed 3 nights and don't think we heard a vehicle drive past the entire time!”

“This property is gorgeous. A very private setting with beautiful views of river and bush and we had stunning sunsets to enjoy. The two kyaks were such a bonus as the river was glassy for 2 days while we there. The pool table was fun too even though in need of repair and levelling. A superb spot to go.”

“If you like wildlife away from the maddening crowd about 40 minutes from Penneshaw, this is the place.A few minutes walk to Nepean Bay and you have the place all to yourself. The host was impeccable. Yes, all the main attractions are a must see but don’t forget Cape Borda Lighthouse. Well worth a look, particularly it’s history.”

“We had 3 nights here and it was great. Very close to the beach (easy walk). The owner Ian was great, and couldn't be more helpful. Unfortunately the internet wasn't working, but this was not the owner's fault. Otherwise our stay was perfect and in a great location if you want to see the whole island.”

“I booked this house in the first week of school holidays for my children and their families to stay. A big family holiday. House is brilliant and provided an amazing entertaining areas that work well for large groups. Craig the groundsman is very helpful and met us when we arrived, gave a tour of the house, telling us how things worked etc. He also came back to help when phoned, topped up the wood for indoor fire when it turned cold and other little things that made the whole experience...
