My review starts with outside grounds LOL
Upon arriving, (bonus)I was lucky to get a disabled parking spot (because I was with my mother 85 yrs.old as one passenger) and my daughter .
I'm really too observant... but first thing I noticed were the large planters at the entrance

“The Staff members were lovely and helpful, hard working people. Unfortunately, this building is just too old and decrepit - any work they could do is like putting lipstick on a pig. Add to that, Bikers’ Fest in Bobcaygeon! Every room & parking space was packed with party people & loud music. Not nasty people; just there to party. And…it took 2 Staff visits to get the TV functional. It was an experience!”

“Came to town for a graduation. Didn't spend a lot of time at the hotel. But the rooms were clean, it was quiet so that was all good. The plug in our tub did not work, had to stuff a facecloth in it. The outside parking lot area around the hotel was dirty, which is not a good first impression.”

“Suite was homely and cozy, downtown Peterborough is fairly accessible by car, and convenience store right down the road.
The property has a beautiful garden visible from the patio with lots of birds visiting for those into birdwatching.

“Our stay was good. Sad to say, our bed looked like it had just been remade after the last guest. Our top cover had stains on it, and our sheets did not look clean. When I woke up in the morning to leave, I always take the sheets off the bed to help with housekeeping. Our bedroom sink was clogged, and water did not go down after I used the sink.
