“The first room that we were renting had ants. We had to change rooms at 11PM when we came back to the unit. We had to take a room with 2 double beds rather than the king bed that we paid for.”

“The hotel service staff are very welcoming and make people feel comfortable. But the facilities are too old, and the exhaust fan in the bathroom is very loud, which is unbearable! The breakfast was very basic, the worst hotel breakfast I have ever had.”

The sweet couple running the place were incredibly kind and provided amazing insight on local places to visit and how to best go about exploring the nearby cities. They saved us from the nightmare that would have been navigating Toronto by car after hearing we were going to the aquarium. As for the food, there was nothing to complain about. It was fresh,……

“No one mentioned there was a laundry room when I checked in. I would have liked to have known that as this location was in the middle of my trip. I only discovered the Guest Laundry minutes before I checked out. Too late to actually use it. Otherwise the staff was very kind and pleasant.”
