Stayed with in this hotel with my mom, two separate clean rooms with daily room make up options; Great location and convenient, pretty much across from one of the entrances into Myeong-dong Street Market; Emart 24 store directly next to the hotel for snacks, beverages and other miscellaneous items; 5-7 minute walk to the subway station; lots of close eateries and coffee options; great views from rooftop bar and restaurant; laundry option downstairs; staff is super friendly at the hotel, especially the super friendly and beautiful Lilly and the courteous gentleman named Tom; will definitely stay here again.

Everything was great. Only thing I am not fond of is the glass bathroom. Since we were on a family trip, it was quite awkward to get out of the shower.

The room that was provided was comfortable and had good amenities. Unfortunately, in the 16th floor hallway was not as comfortable when the heat and humidity was high. The hotel was near the Myeongdong Station which was important because it made traveling easier. It is also near the night market which gives us a lot of cheap eats.

Perfect place to stay

Staff was EXCELLENT and Awesomely Helpful in all my request. Jun was incredibly assertive in making sure my items I needed refridgerated which was lei's from Hawaii stayed cool and I can't compliment enough how nice each person at the front desk were. The room was very clean and hotel was extremely quite. Perfect place to stay in Myeondong if you want to shop and get around. Will definitely book this hotel again. Love Love the STAFF.

The first day, i have mentioned to the staff about my ac not working. It took some time to get someone to fix it. Eventually they were not able to fix it abd rooms were switched. Yun, i believe she was the front desk manager was very apologetic, offered us comp, the gesture to recover was very commendable. I would be back in thjs facility

Such a convenient location if you're touring Seoul! Definitely would stay there again. You'll be hard-pressed to find anything more convenient AND with a private bathroom and dining options for the price.

What I like about this property is its close proximity to myeongdong shopping center, namsan tower, and subway. The facilities is excellent. The restaurant at 22nd floor has a great view and food to offer. I will definitely go back bext time I'm in Seoul.

Best Location & Service

Perfect location to get around the entire city since Myeongdong station is across the street. Beds were pretty comfortable and they had a laundry room available to use in the basement which is pretty convenient! The staff is very helpful if you have any questions as well! We will be staying here again!

The property itself is OK but it’s a little bit dated.. The hotel attempts to be aesthetically clean, but if you look at it very carefully, you can tell that: the shower glass hasn’t been cleaned in quite some time nor the mirrors nor underneath the bed.. the hotel has only one washing machine, Which is underwhelming, considering the amount of rooms that they have.. The gym is kind of an afterthought.. The location is good if you don’t want to be in the heart of the action and take it easy at night.. The rooftop views are impressive.. Overall, the hotel has to do some major renovations Because the potential is there.. They just really need to update The rooms and work on deep cleaning them every once in a while..

Perfect location.

This was the perfect location. Just outside of the myeongdong district so you don't get disturbed by the hustle and bustle of the shopping streets but close enough that you can walk there in under 5 minutes. Also nice and close to the station. Personnel where very nice and friendly.
