- a lovely loggia with a sofa bed opening onto a terrace overlooking the sea and swimming pool;
- a bedroom with a double bed (140cm);
- a bathroom with a brand new shower and separate toilet.

The apartment has air conditioning in the living room.

Access to the residence's shared parking (spaces are not assigned and are not guaranteed).

Additional charges: Tourist tax/electricity during the heating season.

Egalement appelé CAP LAZARET, cet ensemble de résidences a pour horizon, au-delà de la méditerranée, les sommets enneigés des Pyrénées avec son point le plus élevé le Canigou. Situé au pied de la plage, l'accès à partir des résidences est direct, pas de route à traverser. La plupart des résidences vous proposent une piscine, de larges terrasses ou loggias. La convivialité est au rendez-vous ainsi que les accents du midi sur le marché hebdomadaire du quartier de la Corniche.
