### Charming studio cabin in Sète with parking, beach access, for 4 people

Attractive 25 m² studio cabin (sleeps four).  
 On the first floor with lift access. South-west facing.  
Small side sea view and direct access to the beach.  
The fully-equipped kitchen area has an oven, microwave, hob, washing machine and fridge.  
The living room has a sofa bed and the cabin area has a 90 cm bunk bed.  
Shower room and separate toilet.  
Private parking space.  
Optional services to be paid for on site:  
 \- Hire of disposable sheets (fitted sheet, flat sheet and pillowcases) from €15 per bed.  
 \- Final cleaning from €90.  
\- tourist tax, calculated on arrival.  
  
The deposit will not be cashed and will be returned three weeks after departure: €500.  
  
Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival:  
 . Baby bed 1 week : 25.0 € per stay  
 . FINAL CLEANING : 90.0 € per stay
