The rental apartment was not at all as described. The furniture was dirty and stained to the point we wouldn’t even sit on it. The walls need an entire paint job. The washroom floods when you turn the shower on so everyday was a constant battle trying to shower and clean up the water that was flooding the bathroom. We made the appropriate inquiries to get the water problem fixed and didn’t hear from anyone until day 7 when they sent us an email saying that maintenance was coming in the evening between 6pm and 7pm. We wasted our entire evening waiting and they never showed up. There are wires hanging at eye level outside the bathroom door going into the bedroom so you literally have to duck down to avoid walking into them. There were only two towels for our entire stay and no additional provided if needed. Only 1 pillow case was provided and the other pillows that were there had to be used without pillow cases and the pillows were completely stained, it was beyond disgusting. Only 1 single cloth and towel for the kitchen which were clearly not even cleaned. They didn’t have anything basic in the kitchen like salt and pepper and we had inquired about the basics in the kitchen prior to booking. The light fixtures don’t even have proper protective covers. They are just hanging wires. The VRBO description said there was heating but there is no heating in the apartment. We asked the host where to find the heating and no luck , the # number provided was not on service , Terrible
