This immaculate condo is tastefully adorned with a tropical theme, featuring a master bedroom with a plush King bed and a private full bath. Meanwhile, the guest bedroom offers two inviting Twin beds, which can also be transformed into a King upon request, and it comes with its own full bath. Additionally, there's a convenient sleeper sofa in the living room to provide flexible bedding options for your utmost comfort.

Our location at Regal Beach Club is perfectly central along Seven Mile Beach, providing easy access to a plethora of outstanding dining options, vibrant bars, the bustling Camana Bay shopping district, and a wide range of exciting water sports activities.
Exploring the island is a breeze - whether you choose to rent a car for added convenience or opt for a more leisurely approach by hopping on and off the local Cruiser buses that conveniently travel along West Bay Road.
For travelers arriving by air, Regal Beach Club is a mere 15-minute drive from Owen Roberts International Airport (GCM), ensuring a seamless transition from your flight to your island getaway.
Suitability: Unit #322 is not wheelchair or elevator accessible and there is no smoking in the unit.
Recommended Restaurants:
Cayman is also well known for its excellent restaurants and the area offers a variety of restaurants to explore, including the following which are all within walking distance: Thai Orchid, The Kitchen, Coconut Joe's, Southern Spice, The Wharf, ICOA, The Bird, and Peppers.
Some highly recommended restaurants to visit during your stay include the following:
- In the West Bay area: Pappagallo’s Restaurant, Macabuca, and Tukka West.
- In the Seven Mile Beach area: LUCA Restaurant, Ragazzi, Casa 43, Abacus Camana Bay.
- In the George Town and South Sound area, we suggest Casanova and Sunset House.
Supermarket and Sunday Closures:
Foster's and Kirk Market supermarkets are short drives away and offer all the necessary food and supplies as well as a large array of international food.
Note that supermarkets are closed on Sundays, but most restaurants and gas stations are open. Certain gas stations also sell liquor on Sundays.
Please Note: The southern end of 7 Mile Beach has been experiencing some migratory sand shifting and beach erosion. The properties south of 7 Mile Beach including the Marriott Beach Resort and Regal Beach Club, have been affected by this erosion at times during the year. This is a seasonal, cyclical and changing situation. Most of the time there is plenty of sand allowing guests to lounge on the beach, and at other times there is less sand.
