Nice 1 night stay

The staff was friendly, the hotel was clean, and the beds were comfortable. We just needed a place to stay for 1 night and for the price we were very pleased. It is outdated which didn't really matter to us but some things were just worn out and needed to be replaced. Would definitely stay there again.

Clean, comfortable & quiet rooms in this hotel

Pros: The parking, the rooms, hot coffee and cider 24 hours in lobby and indoor pool & hot tub open 24 hrs.
Location: Close to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and Smokey Mountain National Park as well as scenic motorcycle rides through the foothill parkway, hwy 129 etc.
We were a bit worried as our room was next to an ice machine and the stairwell and my husband is a light sleeper. But our room was so quiet and comfortable neither of us were awakened by hallway noise. The rooms are spacious as well, plenty of room to relax and be comfortable. We were hauling our motorcycle trailer and the hotel had more than adequate parking to accommodate us, a large gravel lot adjacent to the the hotel for buses, trucks and trailers.

Very Nice

Great parking, great full breakfast, great pools and hot tub. Quick check in / out process. Very very clean. Only negative is not able to walk to anything.

Great location and awesome staff

I liked the location close enough to get to everything but not so close you got the craziness. The staff was helpful from the moment I walked through the door giving me suggestions on places and things to do. Took their advice and had an amazing time. The room was a little dated but clean, spacious and comfy. Everyone was very very nice. Breakfast is excellent. Highly recommend and will staff there on my next trip as well.

We surely will choose this hotel when we return back to visit the great smoky mountain: spacious room, comfortable and clean bed, good breakfast.

Nice Stay

Location: This is the down side of staying so far from "what's happening". But it was quieter being out and away from the car and foot traffic.
It was a very nice clean, comfy bed experience. Rooms large enough for two queens and a sofa and 2 chairs. TV was disappointing but OK. Balcony facing creek and trees relaxing. Got the handicap access we requested on first floor and NO SMOKING. Didn't even smell like smoking had ever happened there...nice. Second night a VERY noisy group arrived, banging and talking, then they went to the elevator and it got quiet until we realized they were right over our room and the jumping, banging and noise began. It only lasted about an hour, think everyone settled down for a good night's sleep...relief. Breakfast extra good, all staff helpful and efficient. Nice stay!

Hotel is close to attractions and restaurants. Our room was very spacious and cozy. Our stay was a great experience.

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years. The hotel is beautiful and the outdoor pool area is clean and wonderful. But this time my room was very disappointing. It was very outdated and dusty. The balcony was so dirty and full of spiderwebs that you couldn't even sit down. The room was on the back side overlooking the creek. I think they are remodeling some rooms so maybe I just got one of the old ones.

Very nice hotel. About a 10 minute drive to Tanger Outlet. We loved the lazy river and the fact that the indoor pool was open 24 hours. We will definitely be staying here again.
