Family getaway

Cabin was so clean and perfect for our little getaway! We wanted to spend mostOf the time in the cabin so having tons of games, a pool table, and a hot tub made that extra fun! Thank you!

Vacay

Property was ok. House wasn't cleaned very well upon arrival. Floors and appliances had dust and dog hair on them. Porch furniture was broken. Hot tub lid was broken and leaking foam and other material from the lid into the tub. Hot tub was virtually unusable because the lid was so broken and the amount of debris in the hot tub. The flooring was coming apart in a lot of places. The dishwasher leaked randomly. I'm pretty sure the rental company was aware because the flooring had been nailed down in front of the dishwasher from previous leaks no one made it known though. There was a big chip in the granite countertop I wasn't pleased about some of the things in the house and definitely not the cleanliness it was subpar at best

Great spot

The cabin was great, the beds were comfortable. We were disappointed that there was only a half of a roll of toilet paper in the entire cabin so we had to get back out at night to get toilet paper. There also wasn’t a broom available and for a pet friendly, family friendly cabin- a broom would have been nice. However, those are small issues. We loved the cabin and will book again in the future.

Comfy and cozy

The cabin was very clean and comfortable. Everything was accurate according to the listing. Some minor details like no blinds or curtains in the living area caused privacy concerns. Had to buy batteries for the remote Had some trouble with the dishwasher, but the stay was quite enjoyable.

Great Rental Cabin, Poor Coordination

After selecting this property based on the VRBO description and paying in full, I was then emailed a rental contract from the property management company that had requirements that did not match the VRBO description. (Additional fee for resort entry, pet size and Quantity, big penalty fees for everything, etc). The management company was nice enough but it took several phone calls to get my concerns answered. The management company said I would get the exact address after I signed my receipt however they neglected to tell me I had to upload an ID photo which delayed the process. Then 10 minutes before check in I had to call and remind them I didn’t have access codes to property, which they immediately sent. Too much work for what should be a relaxing vacation.

Annual Family Trip

This was our third stay at this property and once again it was great! The cabin was very clean and suits our family needs perfectly. There was a slight smell with the water (has happened on previous stays), however once you run the faucets for a few minutes it goes away. Would recommend bringing bottled drinking water just in case you’re not comfortable with this. We didn’t see any bears this year unfortunately. There is some land being cleared nearby for another cabin. The noise was not an issue. We greatly enjoyed our relaxing stay and thanks again for hosting us! We’re looking forward to our next trip!

Cozy Family getaway

Amazing!

We had a great time at this cabin, and it was perfect for our family of 5 and our fur baby. The cabin is fully equipped with everything you need. I love that you feel like you’re away from it all, but close enough to all the fun. I enjoyed drinking my coffee on the balcony every morning, it was perfect!

Teen perfect

4 teenagers had a great time. Enjoyed their own space with the hot tub and pool table. Mom and Dad got a quiet space of our own. Yet, we could keep an eye on actives. All 4 kids had a blast and so did we.

3 star cabin

The pictures make the place look bigger than it actually is, things were falling apart inside, bunk bed was loose and rickety with many loose and hanging out bolts, no one to come fix on first night there so kids had to sleep on couches and floor. Banister wall separating living room from stairway was loose and shaky, kitchen faucet loose and leaky, downstairs bathroom smells like a public restroom, hot tub didn't seem very clean. Listing did not mention anything about the sulfur water or that we would need bottled water to drink. Only a partial roll of paper towels, no handsoap, only one dish towel

Fabulous Cabin!

The Good Vibes cabin was everything plus more. If you rent, do not be fooled by the exterior when you arrive. That would be my only suggestion to the owners—make it more inviting. The photos are of the back, not the front. So when we arrived, we thought it must be the one next door because Good Vibes was so small and pl;ain. Looked like the garage. But inside is amazing! Kitchen completely furnished, bathrooms clean and furnished also with everything you need. Great for a family traveling with grandparents. Which is what we are—2 steps into the main floor where our BR was located. Downstairs had everything the grands wanted to do! Very relaxing experience! Thanks!

Good stay

We had a good stay at this cabin. I will say I thought the cabin was bigger than what it was. Pictures make it look bigger than it actually is But is still nice. But a little iver priced for the size .The property owner i guess installed some lights over the Jacuzzi and as we were in it we noticed the lights were a huge safety hazard because if they fell in the hot tub, well no telling what could of happend. Very dangerous so i called Summit Cabins and told them those lights above the hot tub should be removed and saved them a future lawsuit and probabky saved someone's life. You would think they would of been very thankful and hooked us up with something but instead just said ok we will look into it. Other than that had a good time.

Bear sightings!

House was clean and beds were comfortable. We felt the bedrooms were very small and the upstairs bathroom is tiny with no counter space at all. View was very nice and we saw three bears.

Okay, but not outstanding.

No hot water in shower. Open utility hole outside of premises. Hot tub was cold upon arrival…took one day for it to heat up. Not enough towels. Cleaning crew was still there upon arrival at check-in time.

Easy, comfortable stay with incredible view

This cabin had everything we needed for a great family trip. We loved having two porches at the back of the cabin. The beds were high quality. Check-in was easy and our contact @ Summit Cabin Rentals (Tammy) was responsive and informative.

Great cabin

This was exactly what we were looking for. Quiet cabin in the woods with a great view. Hot tub and pool table, lots of board games. Close to attractions like Dollywood and the strip. Would have liked a wood burning fire place but overall we had a great time.
