There were a lot of things lacking in this cabin. The main reason we booked it was for the indoor pool. Unfortunately, we did not get to use the pool since it was not heated. The pump system made a constant, loud annoying noise to just remind us that we paid for a pool that we couldn't use. The kitchen was not properly stocked. Our visit was disappointing.

Big house that accommodates a lot of people. Nice Christmas tree. The pool and theater room was a nice addition. However, the kitchen was in need of additional utensils and kitchenware. No mixing or serving bowls. No big cookware at all, just a couple of small pots. Very limited plates and bowls for eating as well. There was a small crockpot but the insert was gone so we couldn't use it either. For a house that size, the kitchen should be capable of serving a large group. Very responsive when I made them aware of what appeared to be a long time leak under the kitchen cabinet as well.

The management group is 5-star and one of the best I have worked with when renting vacation homes. They will do what they can to ensure you have the experience you desire. The description of this home needs to be updated since some major changes have been made in the entertainment areas. The Theater is just an oversized TV room, yet despite all the issues we had, the maintenance team did everything they could within the restrictions imposed by the management company to ensure the equipment was accommodating. It was great to have them respond within hours to any issues. The pool heater was out of order because it needed parts. We booked three days prior to arrival, so it would have impacted our selection if we had been made aware at any time before then. The beds are amazing, the location is perfect, and it's easy in and out. Close to everything yet far enough to feel that quiet mountain life! Firepit area needs some TLC and landscape work, as pipes and rods lying around are unsafe for kids and our disabled daughter. I did my part by moving things and cleaning up the weeds to make the area usable. Overall, great property and location. Just needs a little TLC and better kitchen equipment to cook for the number of people the house can hold. Hot tub is only a 2-person or really tight 4-person, so don't plan on any group entertaining in the hot water LOL.

Overall, the property met our basic needs. The beds were comfortable. There was plenty of room and everyone enjoyed the time together. The views were nice from the three balconies but there are a lot of steps so be prepared. The driveway is also extremely steep and was a little scary going up but all four of our vehicles made it fine with no issues. We did have some issues with the connection of the Wi-Fi, it was not very strong and the streaming and cell phones kept buffering. We had some issues with the media room and an issue with the pool not being heated and the projector not working. This kept our kids from being able to swim as much as they had anticipated. However, I did contact the property manager for the issues that we had and she was very quick to send someone come out immediately. We were only there for two nights so they were not able to address the TV and pool areas however they said they would get that looked at after we checked out. We were able to make the best of all of our issues, and enjoyed our trip.

Cabin was clean! The pool and hot tub were clean, the hot tub got really warm, but the heated pool was still chilly. Plenty of extra blankets and towels were well stocked. If you go with a large family I definitely recommend bringing extra trash bags and paper goods. But overall we had a wonderful time!

The lodge was beautifully situated facing a gorgous mountain filled view. We enjoyed morning coffees on the back porch each morning and loved the indoor pool. The beds were clean and extremely comfortable. There was plenty towels and the air conditioning worked wonderfully. No issues with the function of anything at this rental. The only thing that i can comment about needing improvement would be kitchen supplies. I did not cook on this trip due to it being only a 2 night stay but if i was renting longer, the lack of pots pans and utensils would have been an issue. Overall i would still give this rental 5 stars. It is located close to Pigeon Forge which offers tons of family fun. It was a perfect mountain getaway!

To sum it up in one sentence - unless you’re seeking out the utmost in frugality, don’t rent this place or from these owners.The main reason we rented this property was for the pool. The heater wasn’t working and was too cold to use. We didn’t find this out until a week before our stay when it was too late to back out, when we asked about reimbursement for this we were given 150.TVs on the property are a disaster. The internet is also too slow to stream and directtv only works on the living room TV. Some of the TVs have viewing locks on them. Getting anything at all to work on any tv is a massive pain for a lot of reasons. Too many remotes, most don’t work, old directtv boxes, etc. they just don’t care about the guest experience.Hot tub was about 55% full and kept spraying water and couldn’t be turned off. Fire pit is a joke. No sense even trying to use it as the benches are dilapidated. Owners are incredibly frugal. Only given 2 trash bags, no hooks anywhere to hang your things, too many light bulbs burned out in the house to count.The pictures of the house do it a lot of favors. Many cosmetic issues in person due to neglect, again, due to frugality. In summation, this home is, in fact, a home. If you’re looking for a home made of wood, with beet red carpeting, pixelated printings of bears for shower curtains, and a hot tub that cannot be turned off no matter how hard you try, then look no further. Bottom line - don’t rent here.

Just my opinion i feel the landscape could have been better. Weeds growing around home, fence, fire pit. The hot water heater for the pool was broken. So the pool was to cold to get in. Only reason i booked cabin. Other than that the cabin was good.

The house was amazing and we had so much fun! It was very clean with comfortable beds and so much space for a large family or multiple families vacationing together. Having an indoor pool was a huge bonus for our kids. They spent so much time in there, as well as the hot tub, theater room and using the pool table. We had a couple minor complaints: the tvs were difficult to use and there were no instructions on how to use them, especially the one in the pool room which we could never get working. The grill was in pretty bad shape and hard to use. And the fire pit was very misleading from the picture on the site. There were weeds growing through it, the space was smaller than appears online, and there were pipes and bars just laying in the middle of it, basically metal scraps, making it unusable for us. The management was great though and responded quickly to two minor issues we reached out about so that was appreciated. We have already had several families request the link to this house after seeing our photos. I will definitely recommend it to others!

Perfect getaway with adult children and significant others.

This cabin was perfect for us, we have 4 adult children who all had their significant others with them as well as one child and 2 small dogs. We had plenty of room to do our own thing but the ability to be together as well. My favorite part was a table big enough for all of us to have dinner together and play cards. Everyone enjoyed the game room and the pool. The pool was a bit cool at 76degrees but we didn’t let that stop us. All the kids took turns trying to knock each other off the donkey Kong leader board. And we watched the new Happy Gilmore 2 together in the movie theater room. The view was amazing. The drive to the shops or cades cove were both reasonable. We will book again as we had enough room and comfy cozy beds to sleep a few more if our family grows before next trip. The grill was a tad small and there was not a working vacuum that we would have used as we stayed for a week. They also did not empty the trash while we were there so the cans were full but the time we checked out. We did see a bear walk down the drive way which is VERY STEEP!

4th of July Get-a-way

I liked the open floor plan on the main level. Some of the items appeared old and need replaced or fixed (theater seats).Our 4 granddaughters thoroughly enjoyed the pool which was comfortably heated when we arrived as was the hot tub. The extremely slanted driveway/road was difficult for me to walk on though the rest of my family didn't seem to mind too much. Overall it was a decent stay

This cabin is beautiful, we had a wonderful week. I think it needs a little more amenities in the kitchen. We loved the long bench in the kitchen, it was great having all 12 of my family members sitting all together. We were unaware of how steep the driveway is, but if you take it slowly, or put your car in low gear, it will be fine. This cabin is absolutely amazing for large families and has the most beautiful views, an amazing pool and theater room, and only took us about 15 minutes to the parkway in pigeon forge! We will definitely stay here again!!

Ok Stay

The cabin is beautiful but it had a few problems. The biggest problem was the pool cold as ice. The property manager responded quickly but the pool would not warm up to swim in until we were leaving. The pool is the main reason we wanted to stay because it was my son's birthday and no one could swim the entire stay. Before checking in again I would request the pool heater is turned on next time so it can be enjoyed. This ruined the entire trip. Nice place but no good if you cant use the pool.
