"Breakfast was good, laundry was good. Could have used more attendance to cleaning elevators and stairway corridors. Strangely, they checked us out a day earlier than what we were confirmed for. We found out after being away for the morning and our room keys didn’t work. They rebooked us for the next night but didn’t admit any error, apologize for inconvenience of charging my card prematurely or our keys not working as we had to rekey. I felt some insinuation that somehow it was my fault and their inconvenience. It was a bit strange and awkward but not a biggie. "

"parking lot had trash in it the first room smelled like a bunch of wet dogs were in there and I went down to change rooms. The second room also smelled of dog but not as bad, even the beds smelled of wet dog. Tha AC unit was so noisy. All in all the place looked like it was still in the 80"s. The staff was GREAT but the property needs a BIG upgrade."

"Staff wasn’t helpful at all. Didn’t even get a welcome or hello. Did not even get my benefits as a gold member from Hilton. So yea. They sucked. Wouldn’t stay here again. And employees name was Cynthia."

"The lady at the front desk when we arrived was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good by American standards, but for me, being Italian, it's a bit of a problem...especially without espresso! The room was clean and the bed comfortable enough, though everything was dated. In any case, for what I paid, it was good value for money."
