Slow internet like dial up. No irons to ensure a tidy shirt in the morning. No tea or coffee gacility in room. Laundry service is hit and miss. Definitely not a 4 star hotel im afraid.

The breakfast buffet wasn't great and they didn't have an iron to use. Also, the bed was uncomfortable, kept creaking and I woke up one morning with someone else's strand of hair on my head

I could not make my booking due to getting Covid. But the hotel refused a refund or even a credit note. I am nearly £600 out of pocket. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY TO WASTE.
