Although this hotel had a lovely pool area with friendly bar staff outside who were chatty, our overall experience was disappointing. The staff at the front desk were very unhelpful and quite rude, telling us to get a taxi outside and providing us with no information about Seville. We stayed for 5 days and our room was only cleaned once, regardless of the daily cleaning service mentioned when we checked in. We also had to ask for bathroom towels as they forgot to give us any. The location is good if you want to be somewhere quiet outside of the main part of Seville however it is fairly easy to get into Seville town via the number 1 bus which takes around 20-25 mins. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. The pool area was great but other than that there were few positives.

Good dining options and a superb breakfast, staff are helpful and friendly. Comfortable beds and very clean. Downside terraces are small square concrete boxes and not worth the trouble or cost. Pool doesn’t open until 11am which is a little odd for a resort.

I can’t recall staying at a hotel that was so clean, inside and out. From the moment you checked in to the moment you checked out, the staff was attentive to your needs. The dining room was immaculate and lacked of nothing. The wait staff were observant and were replacing items constantly. The room was spacious and again cleaned every day. I can’t say enough about this hotel. I will seek out other Silken hotels if they all operate like this one!!👏👏👏

Parking was great. Unfortunately our VIP room was next to housekeeping and was very loud each morning. The restaurants were good. Especially dessert. Hotel room was average. Ac never makes room cold. Linens were clean. Odd layout with toilet facing bidet with minimal room to negotiate toilet.

This property seems like it was fantastic in it's earlier years but looks a little dated and feels a little run down. The windows in our room opened all the way which was surprising! Seeing as most hotels have these restricted in case of an accident. The breakfast was nice. The location is alright, not long to get into the center.
