“The staff was great. We called for an airport pick up and the very friendly lady at the front desk ordered a Lyft. She was one of the most friendly front desk people we had and the positive reviews about Ms. Duffie for breakfast were spot on!”

“This was my 3rd stay at Hu. and will be the only place we stay whenever we’re in Memphis. Customer service is always wonderful-especially when the gentleman is there at the door. The rooms are always clean and welcoming and the location is perfect for us.”

“The room was nice and clean, the staff was friendly, check in/out was seamless. The thing that stood out the most though was the breakfast. We met Ms. Lisa, who was responsible for the breakfast. She made, by far, the best hotel breakfast we have had. It tasted like we were eating at home. Everything was seasoned, well cooked, and the area was spotless. We would 100% stay there again, especially if Ms Lisa was cooking. ”
