We were able take a trip to Bukit Lawang at the same day, did jungle tracking and came back to the hotel same day, everything was possible, because of friendly and cooperative hotel staff, they room was excellent, nice view from the top floor, breakfast was excellent, we loved our stay."

"My son and I stayed here, while visiting Berastagi. Location was perfect, as we were planning to climb the volcano, which was very close by. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The building and decor was serene and very aesthetically pleasing. The place was clean. The views of the mountains and volcano from the rooftop were marvellous. And the geothermal pool was an added bonus. I'd thoroughly recommend!"

"This was a great hotel. The staff were polite, the rooms were large for the price, and the breakfast buffet had a lot of options. However, sometimes when I would order food for lunch, they were sold out of a few items. This happened a couple of times. Despite that inconvenience, I would highly recommend this hotel. It's a great deal for the price."

"positive: room was cleaned well. rain shower. Hotel allowed late check out (1pm) for me which I truly appreciate.
negative: no tissues in room, no fridge, and no hairdryer (need to request). shampoo and body wash is a 3 in 1 and quality was not good. A few black moulds on toilet walls.

An issue was the small window yhat looked directly (as in less than a meter) into another building under construction next door. This really should be disclosed as a "no window" room since you can"t have a smidgen of privacy with the curtain open. "
