Most of the staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and orderly, the problem was that they could never fix the water temperature for the whole 4 days we stayed there.We could never have cold water in the shower, the water a extremely hot.

Their rooftop is only open friday and Saturday. The food is overpriced in their lobby restaurant. They have limited availability with their shuttle. Did try to book but the times available were not convenient so we ended up booking our own transportation. Rooms were clean.

Not quite what the listing showed

Did not meet expectations. We had to stay an extra day in Silao so I specifically booked the Hilton Garden because the listing showed a rooftop terazza where I expected to spend some time while we waited the extra day. The terazza is closed except for Friday and Saturday. Nothing in the listing indicated that. Also, knowing Silao, I requested a room on a higher floor. After booking I received a note from the Hilton Garden saying a higher floor was no problem at all. On arrival, our room was on the first floor. The explanation was that I requested a balcony and only the first floor rooms had balconies. Fine, but no one could explain why I received the note that a higher floor was okay. A bit confusing and stressful. In the end we were changed to a higher floor. The room was fine, the bed was comfortable. Without access to the roof it was a bit boring, hotel restaurant staff advised against walking to el centro. A bit disappointing. The airport shuttle was excellent, even with a 3AM departure.
