“The bed sheet connected to the bed is full of hair. I asked front desk to help me change the sheet, and then they gave me two sheet which is new and clean. Then I compared them, and find that the one on my bed is green, old, and dirty. The towel there is also dirty, which has soap remaining on.”

“The rooms, beds, and bathrooms were super clean, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff were very attentive. My family and I had a wonderful stay. If I had to travel to Santa Maria again, I would choose the same hotel.”

“I almost never write any reviews but the night we stayed here was not satisfied at all. I chose this one because the great review even with the higher price , I decided to give it a try. The unit is not as clean, including the bathroom counter had stains on it. Pillow case has stain on it I had to call for a replacement. Mattress is way too soft. Free wine is nice but with the price we paid, didn’t seem to worth it. Also it was so loud as the the wall way too thin, I can hear next door……
