We stayed 2 nights at the hotel, the hotel is very comfortable and we loved the breakfast, dessert at night, evening wine tasting and the best of all, steam shower and nice hot tub. I do have to mention one thing is that if you book with more than 2 people (include kids of all age) in a room with the # of people listed on the Expedia confirmation page and even with phone call to Expedia confirming the booking is for 3 or 4 people and the price is included , the hotel might still try to charged...

A beautiful cozy little piece of heaven. Getting to wake up to the birds singing, water bouncing into the pond, while being surrounded by a garden of green damn near out of a movie . Check in was extremely quick and easy. Thank you for having us and definitely recommend to anyone tryin to get away and rejuvenate the mind !

Easy in and out, a great stay!

From the time we arrived and were greeted by Katy to the time we left three days later we were treated royally. The B&B is so charming and the grounds are park-like. We stayed in the Sun Room and although small inside, the private deck is amazing! The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The breakfasts served on our deck were delicious and served graciously. The location is so convenient for walking around downtown but we enjoyed the atmosphere at the Simpson House so much that we hung out...

Very happy with the room, the house very cozy. Staff friendly. Clean. The breakfast was delicious! I would stay there anytime, I just wouldn’t stay on the second floor. I recommend the host tells the guest staying on the third floor to be more considerate when is bed time with the people in the rooms on the second floor. You can hear everything! Guests staying above were very loud, moving around till late into the night. Other than like I said, loved the place!

Although, I am more of a dog lover than a cat fan. The Cheshire Cat Inn left me purring. We were looking for a quiet romantic lodging near the Santa Barbara Bowl and we found just that. Suzanne was welcoming and accommodated our late arrival by extending the wine & hors d'oeurves hour. Thank you Suzanne, the gesture was greatly appreciated since we had just driven in from Los Angeles. The special touches of homemade brownies before bed made me feel at home. Fantastic complimentary happy hour. Bed was super comfortable. Fireplace was romantic. Rain head shower was refreshing. We will be back soon.

Very charming, seemed to be relatively recently updated, and was in a great, convenient location to the shops and restaurants of Solvang.

New Haven Inn is a quaint little hotel. We enjoyed our stay here. We were in room 10 which had 2 bedrooms and a pull out couch in the living area. We had 4 people and used all 3 beds available. The 2 bedrooms were beautiful and the beds were wonderful. The single pull out couch is rather small, but Im only 5 ft 2, so that worked!
