Pool on the website did not look like the pool on site. Check in time was 3, front desk gave us our key, but we werent suppose to go upstairs because it wasnt ready. We were able to start swimming tho. Checked back a few times about the room. It wasnt until almost 7 that it was finally cleaned. The house keepers walking around with carts upstairs were the same that i saw in the pool and courtyard drinking 4 lokos earlier while i was waiting. My room didnt have trash bags, or toilet paper. Carpet by the bed was extremely sticky. 145 dollars was wasted on this stay.

Staff was fiendy and helpful. The room need allot of help. No desk chair, no pen and paper, no TV list of channels, the lounging chair had stuffing coming out of it, the smoke detector was broken and detached from the wall, the room door had to be lifted up and slammed to get the door shut. I will never stay there again!

The room was so smelly, like wet dog. The carpet was sticky, squishy, and smelly. My hands and hair smelled after sleeping on the sheets. The bathroom sink was not properly installed. There were ants coming out of the nightstand. The hallways had litter and dirt, and bags of garbage with bugs flying around the garbage. The pool area looked as if not had been cleaned, swept, or moped. there were bugs in the pool, it was just dirty. The staff was friendly. When we didnt have a microwave in our room the front desk carried one down. The price is liw, but I dont rhink we'll return. I have low standards when it comes to hotel rooms, but this was probably the dirtiest room I've ever stayed in. Even my kids were grossed out.

Front desk service was very poor, not enough towel, you couldn't get a towel because they were constantly being washed. The breakfast included cereal and bagels only, for poor, they should include the type of breakfast. There are some long-term stays, kids running around all times of the night. I would not stay here again, pay the extra money to ensure a pleasant stay.

The property is being remodeled and it improves the appearance. We stayed two nights. The 5 star observation we made was with the woman who tended to the breakfast room. She was busy with many guests and managed to resupply the foods and keep the tables and floor clean. She is an exemplar employee.

The room we stayed in was in disrepair. The light bulbs were burned out in the bathroom, some tile pieces were missing and/or broken in shower, the sink would not drain, and the shower tile grout was moldy and unsanitary. The room smelled of wet dog and cigarette smoke. The breakfast area was not kept clean and sanitary. There were no coffee cups for coffee. The outdoor area was overgrown with thistles and weeds. Many of the second floor rooms had broken windows, screens, and window coverings. The staff was very nice but overwhelmed.

I booked three rooms. Every room needed repairs such as. New toilet seat but only had one bolt attached. Light switches broken on lamps. Plug ins not working. Showers nit working. We had to change one room because the door would not shut.

Very cheap, but not the cleanest. The pool had chunks of chlorine floating in it. Definitely needed more workers. Called the front desk for a towel to shower with and they told me to go on that floor to the cleaning lady’s cart and take one, and then she didn’t have any. So I used a hand towel. Had to wait a long time to check out for someone to even come to the desk.
