“Nice loft with high ceiling situated right by the port and the business district with many waterfront restaurants and shopping stores. It is also very close to the main bus station to Agios Nikolaos/Heraklion. The check-in process was very smooth and easy. ”
“Very nice modern property. We had a balcony that overlooked the ocean . No air condition needed since there was a nice breeze if you let the balcony doors open. We did not have a parking problem . We had two cars that we could park in front of our apartment. If you want a peaceful and a quiet place this is your place !”

“Ver clean, lovely host, wonderful views, closer to Kouremenos Bch than Palaicastro was, in the middle of everything we wanted to see and do. Breakfast was good; wifi was having issues while we were there, but a bit of tolerance for the roads and the wifi of eastern Crete is a must.”
“The Artemis hotel is a truly special place - recently and beautifully renovated, nestled in lush gardens and right on the seashore - you can go from bedroom to beach in just 20 steps or less.
Its tranquil setting with a private beach at the end of the bay from Makry Gialos, makes it feel secluded whilst still being a short walk from the harbour with its tavernas and cafes. The room we were in had a lovely view over the gardens and beach, and a balcony to enjoy the sunset from.
