“My son and I very much enjoyed our stay. The cottage is very comfortable and clean. The location is just outside of Kenmare, up a winding road that is in very good condition. The directions to the cottage were easy to find, look for the blue bicycle! Marcus, the host, is a warm and caring fellow. “Schull is a lovely place and the house is in possible the best place to enjoy it. The views are stupendous and the walk into the village is quick, convenient and scenic. The house is well laid-out to make the best of it's amazing position and the facilities are ample and convenient. The host was very helpful, making the check-in very simple and answering a couple of subsequent queries promptly. Highly recommended.”

“My brothers family and mine stayed here for a family reunion! This home was the perfect pick! Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms as well as shared family areas! The home was up a hill and the views were incredible. We also had a donkey and horse that came to visit daily! It was very clean and cozy and we all had the best time. “We had a fantastic Easter holiday at Chris and Kathleen’s beautiful home. The house is so comfortable and had everything there that we could possibly need. Our kids loved the playroom and had so much fun playing with the toys there and the garden is gorgeous with balls and badminton etc in the garage that we we played out there. The location is perfect so close to Skibereen town only a couple of mins drive or it’s possible to walk. It’s close Baltimore and the beaches at tragumna and Tralispean...

“This property had it all. It was in a great location, close enough to small towns like Clonakilty and to Cork to reach easily, but far enough away to give it a country feel. The property manager is quite simply one of the nicest people you would ever want to meet and gave us some great pointers for getting around the area. The house was clean and had all of the amenities that were needed for us. A great stay all the way around!”

“Great communication leading up to our arrival. Great advice on local area and futher afield. We took her advice - less can sometimes be more - and explored and enjoyed the local coastline and experieces to the full, ensuring we have to come back for more!! The fresh eggs and salmon kindly provided were a breakfast treat sitting out in the sunshine and later that evening enjoying our bottle of wine in the setting sun, what a glorious spot and lovely accomodation.”

“Lovely space - enough for 7 of us with comfy beds and bathrooms. We cooked a bit, kitchen was completely adequate and stocked with needed items. Dining area was great for card games and meals. Pub(s) right around the corner, and small grocery store was perfect for our meals. Location was great to get to Cork and/or explore the southern area. Thank you to Nora for all her help & attention.
