"It was great that it was close to the metro, so easy to get to the main sights. Lovely cemetery nearby. The boulangerie was right across the street and always open and well priced. 1€ baguette every morning! It seemed safe to an extent, though not as comfortable as some other neighbourhoods we ventured around. Not all of the plugs seemed to work. We enjoyed all of the items provided, though there wasn’t shampoo. Overall it was quite a lovely find!"

"A little miscommunivcation with the property host but we eventually got settled in after awhile. Residence was spotlessly clean and we had everything that we needed. Word of advice to travellers: use 1 means of comms with host as I think that's where probably our messages got mixed up"

"Overall a wonderful place. Owners were helpful with checking in. The nearness to most places, close to Metro and rapid transit helps you to get the most out of Paris. Right outside you get fresh produce along with quaint shops for cheese, wines etc., To make t h e experience better, i would suggest the host get a dedicated pots, pNs and utensils for the kitchen. "With a metro station a block away and all the amenities nearby, this is in a great location for exploring Paris. The apartment was very clean. It could use a little maintenance, but everything worked as needed. The host was very responsive to communication. It's next to an elementary school, so you hear kids during the day, but it's quiet at night."

"So we ran from London to Paris and needed a place to stay once in Paris. This apartment is ideally located, it’s so easy to access the train station and main roads. The area is quiet and there is parking outside. The apartment is really spacious, there was plenty of room for 5 of us. The communication was fantastic too. All in all a great place to stay. "Nice place and host was excellent as well. If you no issues/allergies with fragrances, essential oils, you should be fine. The place smelled great of course but you may want to ask the host if they will be using essential oils. Everyone else in our group had no issues. My bad. I should have asked. Otherwise the place was perfect and the host even left us some juice and water and snacks. Very nice. Thank you."

"We were there for just one night before flying back home to Australia the next day, but the little cottage had everything required for our family of 4 and it was nice to come in to bed made, towels and tea towel provided and a cozy feeling. All the little details that make the difference (easy check-in and check-out, essential equipment like shampoo, tea/coffee, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc provided) were present and it was all clean and welcoming. "No A/C as was indicated in ad. Rooms on the top level got very hot. Two of the doors to the exterior and 1 window on main level could not be locked or closed properly. Main bathroom only had one small functioning lightbulb, made for very dim bathroom use after dusk. Bring toilet paper. Would not recommend."
