After getting scammed at another hotel, the rental company helped us book last minute at Sorrento Flats and I am so grateful they did! Luigi truly made our stay fantastic. He helped us transport our bags, giving us a brief tour of Sorrento and excellent recommendations. I highly recommend staying here!

Luigi was a great host, he gave us many suggestions for food etc and the recommendations he gave turned out to be fabulous. Location is excellent, walkable to everything. Maria was a great hostess for breakfast, kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here. The rooms are clean and well decorated. Great hotel, location and host.
Perfect boutique style hotel in the middle of everything. The fact that is family owned makes it even more special. The breakfast buffet was great and the room had all the amenities, plus a balcony. Luigi was great and made sure you’re not missing anything. I definitely recommend this hotel.

I have never met better staff anywhere! Luigi reached out to us before we even left home to offer assistance, he was there every day answering questions and ensuring our stay was memorable, and he arranged extra services for us during our stay. Nello helped a lot along the way and is such a kind and knowledgeable young man with a great sense of humour. Maria in the breakfast room was always one step ahead in knowing what we wanted, and her smile is infectious. Mama Luigi baked amazing treats for us daily! The team all felt like family by the time we left. We will be back! Thanks for an incredible experience!

Amazing hotel and great people!
Luigi the owner amazing. He started texting before we got there to help us find the hotel. He sent the train schedule and a video of how to find the hotel. His daily breakfast was fantastic; his mother is an amazing cook. Everyday he checked in to see what we were up to and to see how he could help. He went way above and beyond to take care of us. I just wished we would have stayed longer. He even communicated with a transport service we had set up without being asked. Luigi is amazing!!

Sorrento Flats made our vacation in Italy fantastic! Luigi and his staff greeted us, gave us assistance whenever we needed it, and had great recommendations on what to visit. He is an excellent host and the breakfast food is delicious! The location is wonderful and centrally located for day trips to Capri, Positano, Amalfi and Ravello. Luigi is a wonderful host and the property is clean and in a perfect location. Outside of the door are many restaurants, yet the room was very quiet. Before we arrived we asked if a car could transport us from Naples to Sorrento (on a busy friday afternoon!) and Luigi arranged this within the hour at a very reasonable rate. Great service and a very nice breakfast also.! We definitely recommend this place.

Great staff and greay location
The service is amazing! Luigi and his staff are super friendly and always willing to help. The location is excellent- right in the middle of the action. They have an agreement with a parking lot, a little far to walk but it is as close as possible. The only comment I have is value for money. This stay was the most expensive room I have ever stayed in and I am not sure thatvthe value for money is there; for the price I paid I would expect a suite or on the beach.

Nice big room, but there is one problem it is 3rd floor, no elevator .I didn’t know that when I booked, very difficult to go up with luggage. Location is the center city close to everything.

These flats are centrally located near everything. Luigi helped us with directions, restaurant recommendations and reservations at the beach. Quiet & very clean. Had a washer & a nice fridge. Had the best time. You need to go up 3 flights of stairs, but that is common in Italy. Really enjoyed our stay in Sorrento.

We stayed in the apartment. Perfect setup for a family of four with a double bed in a separate bedroom, a main room that had been set up with two twin rollout beds and still had plenty of room for a large couch and small table. Kitchen is small but has all the essentials including a washing machine. There is a balcony with a partial view of the water as well. Location is steps away from the main square, stairs down to the main port and just on the edge of the quaint alleys of shops and restaurants at the center of town. Could hardly be better. Luigi was amazing. Responded almost immediately to any questions we had and helped us arrange a car back to the train station in Naples. Even the driver was a step above the others we had while in Italy. Hope to return sometime!

If I could give this property 10 stars I would, the host was fantastic, he met us in the street and walked our luggage to the flats, he was so helpful and friendly, gave us restaurant recommendations and was available for any questions we had. The location was fantastic, the room and breakfast were great, overall a wonderful experience!

Sorrento Flats is the perfect place to stay in Sorrento. The location is incredible. There are tons of places to shop and eat, and it is only a short walk down to the beaches or Marina. The owner, Luigi, is the most incredible host. He was always available to answer questions or give recommendations. His hospitality felt more like someone welcoming us into their family. A must stay in Sorrento
Luigi and all the team at Sorrento Flats are simply outstanding and could not be more helpful if they tried. The room had everything that was needed, immaculately clean and had a stunning view, whilst the breakfast had an ample selection.The location of the flats were superb, directly in the middle of Sorrento with everything around you could ever need. Luigi is a fantastic host and it felt whilst we were over there that nothing was too much trouble. He went above and beyond, organising us a transfer and providing us with a list recommending restaurants and places to visit. It is clear to see he has a real passion to make sure that each and every person who stayed in his hotel had an amazing time! As a first time visitor to Sorrento, I would have no hesitation in staying here again! Thank you so much Luigi, you made our trip special!
