“Room was clean Staff were not very helpful the security guards kinda rude to residents. SPA Was acceptable average. The pool was good”

“Very good location just near the busy area but it’a quite at night. They have a huge rooftop you can hang out there. The staff are friendly. Everything was good but the bath tub is a bit small. ”

“Transportation is a real problem given the hotel is pretty far away from the downtown. Check in was very inefficient and I had to wait for over 30 mins without being right instructed, staff just gave me a wrist band then asked me to sit and wait that’s it. And there’s unpleasant smelling from the water pipe of toilet. Overall the experience is not great.”

“Kommunikation und Service waren hervorragend.”

“Next to train station, beach, and medina, excellent location. Indoor heated pools with whirlpools was fantastic. Staffs were helpful.”

“This so a good standard hotel with great staff and lovely facilities- for the price it’s great value for money and the prices for drinks etc reasonable. Good location too - rooms clean and comfortable and we really enjoyed ours stay”

“Great hotel in a good location within Sousse being near the beach and also the Medina. The staff were nice, the location was quiet just off a main street and the air con worked pretty well. The only issue was the small bathroom, whereby the shower intruded on the space of the sink and toilet.”

“环境感觉还行，舒适度不错。离市区非常的近。”

“Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was extremely helpful and thoughtful. Recommend”

“Spa and gym sre private and charging extra , also they request fee for towel for pool and sea”

“This place is so good everything was outstanding good I must recommend this place bayram el gooli is best man help you with very thing”

“Service sehr schlecht”

“Miryam was amazing and very welcoming. I felt I was at home. The area was safe and well lit up. The house was very cosy and authentic. Thank you so much x”
